Registered Nurse (RN)

Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning, and patient care conferencing in compliance with Health Campus Policies. Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care from admission through discharge and return to community. Visit residents daily to evaluate physical and emotional status, notify the charge nurse or physician of condition changes, and initiate immediate lifesaving measures during emergencies. Perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting. Maintain a current state RN license and CPR certification while working in Perrysburg, OH.
