Registered Nurse (RN) - Kenwood Urogynecology

Delivers patient care through data collection, assessment, and evaluation of nursing outcomes while coordinating care with the interdisciplinary health team. Conducts initial and ongoing patient assessments, creates care plans, and administers medications safely in compliance with state practice and hospital policies. Serves as the primary point of contact for patient care coordination across hospital departments and leads ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Provides patient teaching and acts as an advocate for patient safety and partnership.
