Job Summary
Administer quality nursing care and cater to residents' individual care plans through recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards. Assist in the administration of care while demonstrating leadership ability to promote cooperation with team members. Ensure compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions. Maintain a current Registered Nurse license with or without restrictions. Required Qualifications
- Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) with applicable state, without restrictions, or Compact Nursing License, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions
- Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting the spirit of cooperation with team members
- Capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
