Job Summary
Assess patient needs and implement care across orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology units. Administer medications, perform wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tube management, and peritoneal dialysis. Provide preventative and supportive care while promoting hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors. Oversee the Nurse Aide team by giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Maintain a current Michigan RN license, CPR-BLS certification, and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Work 12-hour shifts as full-time or part-time staff with base pay starting at $37.00 per hour plus hero pay and shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
