Job Summary
Coordinate care and treatment plans for fertility patients by reviewing medical records, lab results, and EMR data. Implement provider directives for diagnostic and clinical treatments while delivering patient education on testing options and RMA processes. Provide emotional support, answer patient concerns, and perform nursing interventions to ensure safety. Maintain accurate documentation and assist with in-office procedures as needed. Mentor peers and contribute to a collaborative environment. This role requires a BSN and active NJ RN license, with weekend and holiday availability.
Required Qualifications
- BSN Degree
- Active RN license without limitations
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years practical experience working as a nurse
- Prior experience in women's healthcare
- BCLS and/or ACLS and/or IV certification
