Job Summary
RN needed in UCP Long Island's residential program with a flexible schedule offering part-time and full-time opportunities. Responsibilities include supervising direct care staff on medication administration, completing yearly recertifications for medication-certified personnel, enforcing health and safety policies, maintaining medical records per guidelines, scheduling and following up on medical appointments and lab work, monitoring medication orders and supplies, ensuring a safe and hygienic living environment, and producing monthly nursing notes and related documentation. Requires NYS RN license and an AA degree or equivalent with 1–3 years of related experience; offers comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- NYS RN license
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- one to three years related experience and/or training preferred
