Job Summary
Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Deliver professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while demonstrating Service Excellence standards. Oversee and guide employees under supervision, ensuring Patient Centered Care principles drive all nursing activities. Maintain current RN license in Nevada, BLS, ACLS, and department-specific certifications such as PALS or NRP. Requires one year of acute care experience and a BSN preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Completion of a Specialty course
- BSN
- One year acute care experience
- Successful completion of an approved specialty course
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification (Adult patients)
- Current PALS certification (Pediatric patients)
- Current NRP certification (Neonatal patients)
