Job Summary
Conduct specialized nursing care for patients undergoing minimally invasive procedures guided by imaging technologies in the Interventional Radiology department. Assist with scheduling by conducting pre-procedure phone calls to obtain health history, review instructions, and ensure proper labs and imaging are completed prior to procedures. Perform patient follow-up communications and manage on-call rotations for every other week. Requires a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with Critical Care experience, BLS certification, and ACLS/PALS/NRP credentials. Part-time schedule of 24 hours weekly across HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital in Green Bay, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's of science in nursing
- Critical Care Nursing experience
- Specialty certifications based on patient population such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)
