Registered Nurse (RN) Intervention Radiology-Columbia County

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care according to policy, and maintain documentation of assessments, changes, and education. Listen to patient concerns, serve as an educational resource on health issues, and communicate pertinent information to family and providers. Prioritize actions based on patient needs and contribute to performance improvement initiatives aimed at better quality and satisfaction outcomes. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and participate in shared governance councils.
