Job Summary
Staff RN in Internal Medicine to organize and deliver patient care using the nursing process; collaborate with multidisciplinary team to improve quality of care and patient experience; promote ethical and holistic care; requires nursing degree, state RN license, BLS, and facility-specific certifications as needed; emphasis on ownership, professional development, and inclusive care. Responsibilities include prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating patient care; apply nursing education and experience per hospital policies; support learning for patients, families, and staff; advocate for patient autonomy and dignity. Shift: Day; Schedule: Mon-Fri; Bachelors in Nursing or equivalent required; Advanced degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Registered Nurse license (WA) or multi-state licensure endorsement
- Current BLS Certification
- ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications as required by facility or department
- One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred
