Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Medical Care (IMC)

Accurately perform patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for acute cardiac patients, including those with invasive lines or post-procedure care. Provide timely documentation, revise interdisciplinary care plans, and conduct quality improvement assessments. Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to implement individualized care plans and drive positive outcomes for adult and geriatric populations. Shifts are 12 hours with day and night rotation options, including weekends and holidays. This role is part of a 42-bed Intermediate Medical Care Unit within Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, a Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award recipient.
