Registered Nurse(RN)- Intermediate ICU Fulltime Night shift

Registered Nurse in Intermediate ICU for full-time night shift (7p-7a) at Wellstar on a 16-bed unit with Level IV Trauma and growing cardiac/oncology population. The role requires applying the nursing process, delivering patient-centered care, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and supporting performance improvement within a Magnet-designated campus. Requires current RN licensure and BLS; ACLS Instructor or Provisional preferred; BSN preferred. Responsibilities include evidence-based practice, bedside rounds, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, and maintaining high-quality, safe patient care aligned with professional standards and Wellstar practice models.
