Job Summary
Perform competent nursing care in a 24-bed Intermediate Care Unit for patients too ill for general medical/surgical but not requiring intensive care. Manage advanced interventions including ventilator management, tracheostomy care, telemetry monitoring, heparin infusions, and post-operative cardiac and vascular patient care. Work full-time weekend shifts with a premium differential, supported by an 11-week Transition to Practice program for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing
- Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN or MSN
- Registered nursing License
- BLS
- Students in the process of completing an accredited nursing program
- Students in the process of obtaining a Registered Nursing License
