Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care Unit

Formulate and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals while coordinating resources for patient care and ensuring discharge readiness. Identify and respond to variances in patient outcomes using read-back and escalation procedures, and support infection prevention and fall reduction through frequent rounding and evidence-based interventions. This Intermediate Care Unit role requires a current Maryland RN license with one year of acute care experience and Basic Life Support certification.
