Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care- Transplant- Augusta-FT

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans that promote short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and education. Serve as a patient advocate by listening to concerns, responding to needs, and communicating critical information to families and providers. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance councils, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. Uphold professional standards and confidentiality while maintaining required certifications such as ACLS and BLS.
