Registered Nurse, RN - Intermediate Care

Establish authentic personalized relationships with patients and their support systems while collaborating with physicians to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journeys, including those supporting a peaceful death. Maintain current RN licensure in the appropriate state and hold Basic Life Support certification through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. Requires one year of acute nursing experience and graduation from an accredited nursing school, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
