Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for Intermediate Care on a Day Shift with Weekend Option (Part-Time). Telemetry unit with private rooms and continuous cardiac monitoring. Open to ADN, BSN, and MSN candidates; two 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) on Saturdays and Sundays as part of Weekend Option. Includes up to a $7,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates, BSN differential, comprehensive benefits, PTO from Day 1, and a career ladder for competency-based advancement while remaining at the bedside. Role emphasizes direct patient care, outcome-focused planning, collaboration with interprofessional team, patient education, and adherence to safety/regulatory standards; safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
Required Qualifications
- RN license
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's
