Registered Nurse (RN) – Intermediate Care - Day Shift - Part‐Time

Provides direct patient care on the telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with an interprofessional team. Educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care, ensures patient safety and regulatory compliance, and facilitates communication of the care plan across the care continuum. Roles focuses on bedside nursing with opportunities for professional growth through the BJC RN Career Ladder. Open to ADN, BSN, and MSN candidates; 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), with a sign-on bonus up to $7,500 for external candidates and shift differentials for nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires RN licensure and nursing education aligned to the role; preferred bachelor’s degree in nursing with 0+ years experience or new graduates.
