Registered Nurse (RN)- Intermediate Care- Cardiology- Augusta- FT

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans that promote short- and long-term outcomes in the intermediate cardiology unit. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments, changes, and education. Serve as the front-line intermediary between patients, families, and providers by listening to concerns, responding appropriately, and acting as an educational resource on health-related issues. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and support shared governance through service on councils. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and foster the growth of other nurses through mentorship.
