Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Stepdown – Springfield Regional Medical Center

Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients by assessing status, prioritizing problems, and developing care plans to enhance outcomes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to conduct initial and ongoing assessments, analyze data, implement treatments, and evaluate effectiveness. Serve as the point of contact for care coordination across hospital departments and act as a patient safety advocate through quality improvement initiatives. Administer medications safely in accordance with state practice and organizational policies. Requires one year of RN experience and current state licensure.
