Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Stepdown - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - The Jewish Hospital

Assess patient status, determine priority of problems, and develop care plans to enhance outcomes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to conduct initial and ongoing assessments, analyze data, implement treatments, and evaluate effectiveness. Serve as the point of contact for care coordination across departments and act as a patient safety advocate for quality improvement. Administer medications safely per state practice and organizational policies. Requires current RN licensure, one year of RN experience, and acute care experience preferred.
