Registered Nurse (RN), Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Lead

Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU Lead role providing critical care in an 18-bed unit in Wilson, NC. Responsibilities include accurate patient assessments, initiating nursing interventions, age-appropriate care, timely documentation of medical necessity, completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient, and timely/accurate QI assessments. Requires current state RN license and degree from an accredited nursing school; Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire; 1-2 years Med/Surg experience preferred.
