Job Summary
Manage care of ICU level patients including all critical care medications, ventilators, invasive monitoring devices, bedside procedures, rapid response, code team response, trauma RED response, and all other critical care needs. Collaborate professionally with respiratory therapy, cardiac cath lab, operating room, emergency department, and all other therapies. Evaluate learning needs of patients and families to provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances while advocating for their physical and emotional well-being. Requires current Arizona or Compact State RN license, BLS certification, and TNCC within six months; BSN and ICU experience preferred. Join Havasu Regional Medical Center's small 16-bed ICU unit offering manageable 1:1 or 1:2 ratios with expert on-site intensivist and Tele-ICU support.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona or Compact State RN license
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Minimum of 1 year+ of ICU experience

- Bachelor of Science (BSN)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
- Handle with Care certification
