Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Provide comprehensive, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients using evidence-based practice and the nursing process. Perform detailed assessments, administer medications and IV therapies safely, and manage advanced medical equipment including ventilators and cardiac monitors. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to achieve positive outcomes, while educating patients and families on critical care plans. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, maintain a clean patient environment, and participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
