Job Summary
ICU RN opportunity in Banner Wyoming Medical Center’s Level II Trauma ICU in Casper. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for critically ill patients, collaborating with intensivists and a multidisciplinary team, coordinating discharge planning, delegating and supervising care by licensed staff, and ensuring documentation meets policy. The ICU team handles trauma, general surgery, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery, general medicine, and cardiology; rotating 12-hour shifts with a 15% night shift differential. Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice
- BLS certification is required
- Experience in the clinical area for which they are applying is desired
- Banner Registry and Travel acute care positions require minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work
- New Nurse Experience considered via job search filters on the Banner site
