Job Summary
Provide and manage individualized care plans for patients as an RN in intellectual and developmental disabilities settings; administer medications and monitor patient responses for side effects or adverse reactions; document changes in patient conditions and communicate with supervisor; maintain accurate records of patient care and collaborate with care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans; demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and adherence to current nursing practices to ensure patient safety and quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification required
