Job Summary
Assess patient needs to identify health or safety problems, monitor vital signs, and modify treatment plans based on patient responses. Develop care plans, prepare patients for examinations, and administer nursing care including medication administration. Direct less skilled personnel and instruct families on health education and disease prevention while maintaining accurate documentation. Perform these duties under general supervision adhering to ANA standards and the Theory of Human Caring. Requires Associate's Degree, less than one year experience, and BLS certification. Shift is nights at Denver Health with a salary of $36.00 - $57.77 per hour.
