Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Surgical - Night Shift

Provide direct patient care in the Surgical Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for inpatient surgical patients. Role supports new graduate and experienced RNs with a night-shift schedule (3 shifts, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM), sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates, shift differentials for nights/weekends/holidays, BSN differential, and competency-based career growth at the bedside. Responsibilities include patient and family education, safety and compliance, developing and documenting individualized plans of care, and collaborating with an interprofessional team.
