Registered Nurse / RN Inpatient Specialty Post Surgical

Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities for inpatient post-surgical patients in accordance with HHS standards and the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act. Demonstrate knowledge of patient age-specific needs, growth and development principles, and data interpretation to identify individual requirements. Develop, modify, and implement patient care plans aligned with hospital policies to deliver efficient, effective, and quality care. Maintain current Oklahoma RN licensure and obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Work the night shift at Hillcrest Medical Center, a 656-bed facility featuring specialized centers for burn care, women's health, rehabilitation, cancer treatment, and cardiology.
