Job Summary
Provide nursing care as the primary nurse in the Patient Care Unit at our rural Critical Access Hospital. Deliver patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team, managing 12-hour night shifts with weekend differentials. Maintain competency in pediatric emergency assessment and stabilization while supporting the hospital's high-tech, high-touch care model. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization (PEARS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- At least 1 year of experience as an RN
- Must be competent to provide care as the primary nurse in our rural Critical Access Hospital
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's (BSN) or Master's (MSN) in Nursing preferred
- MEDSURG-BC and/or PED-BC preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Experience with EPIC preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
