Registered Nurse (RN) Inpatient Rehabilitation

Assess patients, initiate nursing interventions, and perform timely documentation for medical necessity. Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physician, and family while assisting with activities of daily living including hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate care, manage patient transfers, and provide education on age-specific and cultural needs. Evaluate learning requirements and advocate for physical and emotional well-being within a multidisciplinary approach. Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans and perform quality improvement assessments. Work nights from 7p-7a in three 12-hour shifts at Frye Regional Medical Center's Inpatient Rehabilitation unit.
