Job Summary
Provide compassionate nursing care in a long-term acute care or rehabilitation setting, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor and document patient progress, ensure safety and comfort, educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge planning, and support a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $7,500. Flexible scheduling options available (3p-11p or 7p-7a) with part-time roles in a hospital environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Connecticut
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
- Demonstrated competence in the clinical setting
