Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Rehab

Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines. Render individualized, age-specific bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs. Act as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment to direct other healthcare employees for patient care provision. Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals. Participate in hourly rounding, observe safety guidelines, and safe work practices. May be asked to be in charge for a shift.
