Registered Nurse (RN)- Inpatient Hospice Dove House

Collect and document comprehensive health status data, formulate individualized plans of care, and prioritize autonomous coordination for patients and families in the terminal phase of illness. Perform rounds with physicians, communicate care changes to the hospice team, and supervise Hospice Aides/HHAs by adjusting care plans and providing shift-by-shift guidance. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, support performance improvement efforts, and represent Carroll Hospice and Carroll Hospital in the community through liaison activities. This role may require cross-campus coverage to Carroll Hospital's hospice inpatient unit during low census periods.
