RN Clinical Nurse in Inpatient Behavioral Health at Wellstar. Core responsibilities include performing the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice; providing relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations; engaging patients and families through bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and targeted patient teaching; and ensuring care is coordinated and documented to support safe, high-quality outcomes. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, participates in performance improvement initiatives, and supports professional development through precepting and ongoing education in accordance with organizational policies and standards. Required qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in nursing, eligibility for RN licensure (GA), BLS, and a minimum of five years of direct patient care experience; a Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
