Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse in inpatient behavioral health at Wellstar. Responsibilities include performing the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice, delivering patient-centered care, coordinating care through interdisciplinary teams, ensuring safe quality care, participating in performance improvement and research, mentoring and precepting other staff, and complying with policy standards. Requires active nursing license, 5 years direct patient care experience preferred, and education minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing with Bachelor's degree preferred; includes sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing
- RN license (Single State) or Multi-state Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- 5 years direct patient care experience preferred
