Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Behavioral Health @ Cobb

Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse for Inpatient Behavioral Health at Wellstar Cobb region. Provides nursing care using the nursing process, with emphasis on patient- and family-centered care, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis/outcome planning, implementation and evaluation of care, coordinated documentation, and participation in performance improvement. Works within the Wellstar Professional Practice Model, adheres to the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics, and serves as a preceptor/mentor to other nurses as needed. Requires active RN license (multi-state compact), BLS certification, and a minimum of 5 years direct patient care experience; education must include an Associate's Degree in nursing with Bachelor’s preferred.
