Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in inpatient behavioral health collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, evidence-based, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, coordinating care, ensuring safe and effective patient outcomes, maintaining thorough documentation, participating in performance improvement, and supporting education and mentorship of staff. Requires RN licensure, ASN as a minimum with Bachelor’s preferred, and at least 5 years of direct patient care experience. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) or equivalent
- Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing
- Active Registered Nurse license (Single State or Multistate Compact)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience
