Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse in Inpatient Behavioral Health provides patient-centered and evidence-based nursing care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, coordinating safe quality care, documenting effectively, participating in performance improvement, and supporting protocols and care management. Requires licensure as an RN, BLS certification, at least an Associate's Degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred), and a minimum of 5 years direct patient care experience. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing
- RN license (Single State) or Multi-state Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience
- All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
