Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse in Inpatient Behavioral Health provides comprehensive nursing care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care; performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, evaluation); coordinating care and documentation; supporting family/significant others; ensuring adherence to standards of practice, ethics, and governance models; mentoring and precepting staff, and participating in performance improvement and protocol development. Requires active RN license (GA or NLC), BLS, and a minimum of 5 years direct patient care experience; Associate's Degree in Nursing is required with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing
- RN license (Single State) or Multi-state Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience (preferred)
- Bachelors in Nursing preferred
