Registered Nurse RN

Conduct peri-operative nursing duties as a circulator, scrub, or Pre-Post Operative Staff Nurse, overseeing instrument setup, anticipating surgeon needs, and managing patient care during and after procedures. Monitor operating room flow, notify physicians of delays, assist with turnovers, and facilitate efficient case transitions. Review charts for completeness per documentation protocols, communicate post-op instructions to patients, and relay hand-off communications to recovery staff. Maintain relationships with the clinical team, clean and operate sterilizing machines, and escort spouses to collect samples for the embryology lab. Requires a current Indiana RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification, with fertility or OB/GYN experience preferred. Full-time Monday through Friday hours with weekend and holiday rotation.
