Job Summary
Assess, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care while ensuring person-centered support for older adults in assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings. Manage total nursing needs including all practice activities up to and including state and federal regulatory compliance. Maintain resident confidentiality and exercise independent judgment to make sound clinical decisions. Requires a licensed Registered Nurse in Wisconsin with active CPR, geriatrics experience, and knowledge of state/federal regulations. Full-time, part-time, or PRN roles available with a $39–$44.75 hourly rate, shift differentials for PM and NOC shifts, and a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin
- Active CPR
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals
- Ability to relate well to all individuals
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
- Ability to adapt to change
