Registered Nurse (RN) II ICU, FT Nights

Conduct direct patient care in the ICU, performing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and case reviews to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes while documenting care timely. Partner with patients and families to set goals and provide bedside teaching, adapting delivery to population-specific characteristics and cultural diversity. Mentor staff and students, participate in shared governance and performance improvement initiatives, and develop protocols to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Maintain ACLS and BLS certifications, uphold Georgia Nurse Practice Act standards, and function decisively in a fast-paced environment.
