Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a nursing unit; supervising non-RN personnel; serving as Charge Nurse; demonstrating competency in Neuro patient care, airway management, tracheostomy and suctioning, and ventilator care; expects education planning and patient/family teaching; precepting new staff and ensuring service quality. Requires BSN preferred and 1 year Neonatal ICU experience; CT RN licensure; BLS certification; proficient computer use and electronic records familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- EDUCATION Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing; BSN Preferred.
- EXPERIENCE 1 Year Neonatal ICU RN experience required.
- LICENSURE Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- SPECIAL_SKILLS BLS Required
