Job Summary
Provide nursing care on an ICU/nursing unit under the supervision of the Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; supervise non‐RN personnel; may act as Charge Nurse; precept new staff. Demonstrates competency in neuro patient care with airway management and procedures, including suctioning, care of ventilated patients, tracheostomy care, and related neuro procedures. BSN preferred and CT RN license; 1 year of acute nursing experience required; additional critical care or emergency experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing; BSN Preferred.
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
- 1 Year acute nursing experience required.
- Critical Care or Emergency experience preferred.
