Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Registered Nurse (RN) in ICU/Neuro unit provides direct patient care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care; supervising non‐RN personnel; serving as Charge Nurse and Preceptor; coordinating care with the healthcare team; planning education post-discharge; and contributing to discharge planning. Demonstrates competency in neuro care, neuro assessment, airway management, care of trached patients, suctioning, and use of equipment (including ventilator and Halo brace). Requires BSN (preferred), 1 year of acute nursing experience, CT RN license, and BLS. Proficiency with electronic patient records and ongoing professional development is expected.
