Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in a 24-bed ICU covering cardiovascular, neuro-surgical, medical respiratory, sepsis, drug overdoses, suicide attempts, surgical, and trauma cases. Deliver care using a deliberate, systematic approach while supervising and directing delegated nursing acts commensurate with educational preparation. Maintain competency in technical skills and integrate theoretical knowledge with clinical experience to improve patient outcomes aligned with AACN standards. Work 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts (1900-0730), rotating every third weekend and alternating holidays. Requires Wisconsin RN license, AHA BLS certification, and Associate's degree in Nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Wisconsin Registered Nurse License
- Valid American Heart (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Must be available for every third weekend
- Must be available for alternating holidays
- Must be able to work 12 hour night shifts 1900-0730
- Must be able to work 36 hours per week
