Registered Nurse (RN) ICU

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the 7-bed ICU, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Monitor and record patient conditions, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate across disciplines for transfers and discharge planning. Manage ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and critical drips while documenting all interventions. Provide patient and family education and advocate for physical and emotional well-being. Float to other departments as needed to maintain safe nurse-to-participant ratios.
