Registered Nurse (RN), ICU Progressive Care, Full-Time, Night

Registered Nurse (RN) for ICU Progressive Care unit on the Night shift. Provides clinical direction for patient care in acute inpatient setting, performing nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation per age-specific standards. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team, develops and updates patient care plans, ensures safety and quality, facilitates discharge planning, documents care accurately, and complies with licensure, infection control, and regulatory requirements (TJC, SC DPH, CMS). Includes responsibilities such as data collection, prioritization of patient care, delegation of tasks, performance improvement involvement, patient/family education, and on-call/weekend coverage as needed. Requires Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), current RN license, and at least one year of RN experience; nurse residency or LPN-to-RN internal options may substitute experience in some cases.
