Registered Nurse (RN) ICU

Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs. Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. Participate in performance improvement and continuing education. Requires current state RN license, associates degree from accredited nursing school, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
